Gotch, I doubt that you will find that many of us will try to answer this question. It is impossible to name a variety by a picture alone and even more difficult without seeing the leaves or knowing if the plant is Det or Indet. Of course in this case you aren't showing us a round red tomato by still more info is needed before anyone wants to try.
Nice maters though!

Looks like it came from the late bronze age.
Somewhere around Mesopotamia possibly Babylon.

@MissS it was posted to neighborsnextdoor to see if anyone could identify it; she got it at the Willy Street Co-op and it apparently wasn't labeled.
Some said Speckled Roman, I thought Marzano Fire.

The shape/color looks wrong to me for Marzano Fire, but I'd say it's something in the Artisan family, perhaps a Lucky Agi, Lucky Tiger, or even a Green Tiger. Of course I'm not too experienced with this and most of the tomatoes I have grown have been Artisan, so I may have an ID bias. Plus a dose of naivete according to Miss S.

Agreed. My guess would be lucky tiger. Here is a seed company pic for comparison:

@Setec Astronomy, @Cole_Robbie; appreciate your contributions.
For some reason, the system won't allow me to Thumbs_You's_Up, but consider it done....in spirit!

Worth would know.
With 8330 posts, there is no one at the Junction who would babble on more than him.
