Good tastes for 2022

After eating most tomatoes that have produced over the last 2 weeks, I can now say it has been a very good year. Clockwise is Bear Creek, Appetitny, Earl's Faux, NPS and Momotaro. Add Daniel Burson, Rosedale and many smaller fruits to the mix. Second pic is Earl's Faux. It can be a bit finicky and is never a huge producer. If I get 15 lbs off a plant that's pretty good.. On a good year like we are having this tomato is a standout. Never a smack you in the mouth taste. Very delicate sweetness with no tart. Velvety texture just melts in your mouth.

Earl's Faux is in my top five, always.
Aunt Gertie's Gold is another standout every year, nor prolific and the tomatoes are not perfectly shaped, but the taste is heavenly.
The dry-farmed Amazon Chocolate was also great in 2022.
Trying Lillian's Yellow Heirloom this year, which is supposed to be amazing.
