Prue Tomato
Looking at the variety Prue and I'm seeing different descriptions as to the size. One seed vendor lists it as a 2 oz. fruit and another source says it's 8-12 oz. Does anyone here know what the real deal is on this one ?

Re: Prue Tomato
i have only grown prue a couple of times. i would grow it more often except it is a late producer for me.
prue will be in the 8 to 12 oz range NOT 2oz. tom galluci in connecticut made this one available to the general public.
shape of the fruit is some what variable on each plant. flavor is up there with the good ones.

Re: Prue Tomato
Not 2 oz.
8-12oz is more like it, not a heavy producer for me. Mostly pointy, sometimes rounder more blunt heart or bomb shaped, wispy leaves. Grow it every year here, great taste. Victory Seeds has the real one.
