Whole Wheat English Muffin Bread

Since it was cool today, I baked some bread! This time it is some WW English Muffin bread. It is a bread for toasting, but also great for grilled cheese sandwiches.

I just made some white English muffin bread last night as we were out. Yep, great for toasting. We use it mainly for breakfast toast but I'll have to try your grilled cheese suggestion. Thanks!

I used a combination of flours, too - 1 c unbleached and 2 c ww. And I sometimes use yogurt in my breads, too - depends on what I have the most of. I always make my own buttermilk and yogurt.
