Marion tomato that looks nothing like pictures of Marion I have seen.
Looks like a pear/paste type tomato.
2 plants same woes.
Seeds from the "tomato rocket" setup from the dollar store.

Genuwine, that look nothing like genuwine tomatoes from other specimens same source as previous years.
The one that caused frown lines last year with fat mama that turned out to be yellow pear.
No time for anybody to swap tags at the place of purchase,so it had to be done before they were shipped to the store.
I may play the hand out and wait til they reach my lips before I do a grip and rip on the plants.

I know I’m posting everywhere this morning haha but it’s because I’m having the same issues in my garden maters I thought were maters at first are peppers what I have no idea cause they just germinate in a cup of dirt that I started maters in was all excited, plants looking great then just turned and dropping all flowers and maters plants not looking how there we’re supposed to be it’s been a very confusing and cold summers and I’m already dumping 5 micro plants because they just gave me the side eyes and said ya you ain’t getting nothing from me!! I even dug up 2 plants mr stripey that each had 3 big blooms and put them in pots under the big grow light. They haven’t grown an inch since putting them in the ground and the flowers were to close to the dirt Because I’ll be damned if I ain’t getting at least 1 big mater this year haha

right next to plants with green tomatoes.
you think they would take the hint.
Thessaloniki, and I gave some of those to the restaurant guy.
He won't even give me pizza crusts if he has the same problem.

heinz 1350
meaty but bland for a home grown tomato fully ripe.
Maybe lack of bees at the proper time, only about 6 seeds
misplaced my scale but I estimate about 5oz
No wonder they make ketchup out of it.
Needs something to spice it up.
I brought it indoors, only about 6 tomatoes left on it.
No further blossoming.
Low rider plant, same size as when I bought it.
close to the ground for machine picking I guess.

Super Fantastic, which isn't,and the sad part is it was a $12 bought plant.
It had 1 tomato on it and it looks like a charlie brown xmas tree now.

Jaune Flammee. I had really high hopes, but it’s just non stop BER and now the plant is turning yellow and looks sick and miserable. I think I’m going to yank it.

My problem has been the summer heat here in Nevada. The little yellow flowers have dried up and won't produce. I finally put shade over the tomatoes. Last year was too hot too, and I had sunscald. Before then, I had good tomatoes that didn't get fried. This year, the Sweet 100 don't seem to care, and are doing well. Also, the Juliets.

Tiny Tim
Plants are pretty but pretty awful tasting.
Worse than winter store tomatoes.
I brought them indoors under lights but just banished them to the great outdoors.
More people here are complaining of no red tomatoes, they are staying green.
Phoenix from saved seed are getting blossoms, have to keep an eye on those.
Supposed to be good in your neighborhood.

I gotta chuckle out of this. When we were kids my mother would always, always plant a Tiny Tim and a Yellow Pear in our play yard area. None of us liked them. I don't think the birds did either. They were just used as bombs and to haul around in toy dump trucks. She kept planting them though hoping that we would be out there eating fresh healthy snacks.

Amber Dwarf. Looks pretty, produces well. Mealy and tastes like nothing. Glad I trialed it in a bucket rather than valuable ground space.

I hadn't picked out a cherry tomato variety to plant this year, so I tried Orange Berry as I had received these as a free gift with a seed order. I was hoping for something sweet that I could snack on but these do not have even a hint of sweetness. Just incredibly tart with a fairly thick skin. Maybe I need to let them ripen more but I think this is just how they taste.

All of my Porter Improved and Black Plum plants have also been plagued with BER. In our high heat both have set a respectable number of fruit but I've been tossing 90% out. Porter Improved did the same thing last Fall.

Early Boy, a $15 bought 2 gallon plant I had indoors only since the end of april.
Has 1 retarded tomato on if from lack of bees and is turning into a charlie brown plant.
I will throw that outside to make room for a pepper plant.

Garden Peach bought plants.
They died before producing.
Last year they were bald due to the heat.
I did give a healthy plant to a neighbor last month.
I will have to see how he did.

Yeah, what's going on, I had plants with no blossoms until about a week and half ago and the ones I have now are mostly located at the top of the plants. The only thing I did different was use Pro-Mix. The season started out cold, warmed up a little in the day, but middle to high 40's at the very start at nighttime. I'm never in a hurry to start like my neighbor who lost a boat load of plants. I started mine the first week in June so no rushing around to force planting.

The tomatoes that plowed through this bizarre start and looking ok are Black From Tula, Sister Miriam and Black Cherry. After seeing these three varieties fight tooth and nail to recover, compared to the other varieties, I will give them a special place in my garden every year. That's not to say they didn't struggle a little bit but they got down to business while the others are still trying to figure out which way is up.

Out of the three, Sister Miriam has a couple of lower fruit as does Black Cherry. Black From Tula is gangbusters with the most fruit development of all three, that's quite a recovery.

everthing I put under lights to save had to go back out because i got bugs and hubby says it they have bugs they got to go..I think mine was mostly weather related..we have had a slow start most of the season has been rain and cold. half the micros have tomatoes and are ripening up. half have flowers that are now opening and well I wont be able to bring them in to finish do to gnats,.I have 3 patio tomato plants that only have 3 tomato each. and are now getting lots of flowers but wont have time. same with early girl just now getting tomato and flowers along with my giant tomato just got open flowers have no time to develope..my dwarfs just got open flowers no time left either....guess it was just not my year

Granny Cantrell is passing away before having a chance to produce.
I took cuttings and at this stage it's a salvage operation.
Even the tiny barely formed green tomatoes had BER
Never seen that before.
Out of 1 packet of seeds 1 plant survived long enough to have blossoms.
