Dan's 150x F2

150x F2 has a really long family tree- Dan sent it but it is too long to summarize. I love doing an F2 grow out because results can be so varied. All the pictures below are from 150x F2 seeds. I thought it may be helpful to new micro growers to see some of the huge variations that can happen.

I started 150 seeds Nov 1. Now I have narrowed down to about 7 plants with desirable traits. I see three different leaf types. One plant is a multiflora determinate like I have never seen before-with the tomatoes sticking straight up. Most are not multiflora.

Is anyone else working with 150x?

Am growing out 150x as well as his 113xF3

Unfortunately, I'm growing in my partially insulated garage, with very inconsistent temps. Right now it's 54F out there.
I transplanted most of these into these pots around 11/24 and some are just now flowering. Here are two of them. The 113x's are flowering like crazy

Tape measure for scale. Please ignore my mess of a garage.

Hi Sean-
Hey there are things hung up in your garage! That's a plus. Our leaf types look similar even if yours are a little cold right now. What do your markings T2C3 and T2C6 mean? I like your idea of recording mile markers right on each tag.

I've since moved them out to the greenhouse. I may have to dance them back in to the garage every night. I trialed keeping them out last night with a space heater set to 60F... it ran all night but the temps stayed +20F above outside (we got down to about 26F). That will get expensive.

The T2C3-7, etc mean:
Tray 2, Column 3, row 7 (counting from left to right and bottom to top)

I have a spreadsheet I documented both trays, which varieties were in which "cell", and the days-to-germ for each. This gives me traceability back to the seed sown :)
