Hi, from South Jersey!

I'm Dave, in S Jersey, which used to be the best place in the country to grow tomatoes, though not any more, due to being much warmer. I grow a lot of tomatoes and peppers, but also a lot of other vegetables, and many herbs, as well as garlic. I started growing hydroponics years ago, so that I could have many of those herbs available at all times. I also have some large potted plants that I bring indoors when it gets cold - a curry tree, kaffir lime trees, and a bay laurel. I love to cook, and Thai, Indian, Mexican, and other spicy cuisines top the list of the foods I make, and the reason I grow most of those foods. I grow a lot of things in Eartboxes, and homemade SIPs, getting incredible production from those.
