So many choices:

But it'll be one (1) of these three (3)!

During his TX phase, The Gotch polished off more than his...um...Fair Share of Lone Star and Pearl!

I haven't had a Pearl beer since 1989.

I suppose that includes Mexico and Central and South America as well.
Maybe Canada too.
For beer choices.
I'll be getting something out of Shiner Texas myself.

@worth1 I have liked Shiner Bock since I wasn’t even old enough to drink beer. Kind of wish they stuck to just the Bock and the Premium rather than start making all the multitude of styles. Shiner beer including the Bock has gotten pricey since they became more widely known.

I picked up some Independence Brewery from Austin beer on sale, their Native Texan Pilsner and Austin Amber. If those aren’t any good, I’ve got a true Czech Pils out there in the fridge, Pilsner Urquell. 4x1/2 liter packs of Czech made Urquell are less expensive per ounce than almost all the other better brands even when the math is done with comparing 6 x 12 ounce packs.

I think I'm going to break the rules and buy some Grolsch from the Netherlands.
Not a fan of Bock because it's still too hot.
Grolsch is cheaper and I need the bottles.

I don't know what the rules are on the forum on alcohol chat, so I try to not mention it, but I drank quite a bit of craft beer and imports, mostly German and Belgium imports though. Hefeweiss is my favorite, but I enjoy lambic and gueuze a lot, and abbey ales.

For domestic, my favorite brewer at the moment is Left Hand and their Milk Stout. Also Wolf Ridge which is local to my state.

I've significantly reduced my consumption though, because if food price inflation wasn't enough, beer inflation is bad too.

What’s wrong with talking about barley, hops, wheat and rye on a gardening forum!

I haven't had one since the year that commercial came out; still find myself hummin' its song:

Pearl's The Beer...That's Brewed Right Here...Right In The Heart Of Texas...1100 Springs ???? Pearl Brings...Right In The Heart Of Texas!

Well I crossed the border into Belgium but it's made in America.
One of my favorite hot weather beers.

Now that I'm home with a glass of Blue moon I can't think of a more appropriate song to start out with.
The little ole band from Texas.

Other than no mention of Yeast...not a damn thing?

Anywho, the lovely and long suffering Mrs. Gotch, and the husband who adores her, had theirs in Lake Superior Brewing Company glasses:

Her adoring husband will be having...um...a few more...

Cheers!

Im Himmel gebts kien bier,du must trinken hier.
In heaven there is no beer gots to drink it here!
Here is what we grew up on for beer drinking in my younger years in Bavaria.
A Stien,a halber,a Pilsner(a seven minute pour.)
Stone, half,Pilsner glass with the v bottom for perfect creamy heads.
