Are these houses waterproof or subject to flooding like the rest of them?

Don’t think so.I suppose if you could seal all openings,doors,windows,utilitys etc.The blocks are solid,no cavity’s.Waterfproof polyurethane paints are used here on regular block walls.There are parking garages in Miami that are below sea level.They have coated solid poured walls that keep our ground water level water that is only 3 foot below elevation.When you dig a hole here at six foot by the morning there is 3 feet of water in it.Hope that answers the question.
