I don't think I've ever seen a plant with long clusters of large tomatoes like this. Any idea what it is?

What kind of pruning or grafting could get that many big tomatoes on one strand?

No that is either photo shopped or an AI image. Then there are some little tiny cherry tomatoes on the left side of the screen which I find rather funny. I have seen this image before and just moved on by. A typical form of advertising from China. They do stuff like this all of the time.
