SuperThrive, does it work?

Last year a new supply store targeted for indoor growing opened in our city. I purchased some special nutrients from there and now I got product named SuperThrive. A small 4oz bottle was 24€ and now I wonder if I purchased just really expensive kelp extract or some snake oil?
I potted up my pepper seedlings and used SuperThrive in the water to moisten the coir block, which I mixed with moler clay granules for my potting mix. I used it on all of the peppers and some annual flowers, so I do not have any plants to compare, if this has done any good or bad. The coir which I use has some fertilizer mixed in and I have used Clonex Pro Start to fertilize the seedlings, since I know that SuperThrive has no plant nutrients in it.
