Histories of Dwarf Project Tomatoes

Several people bemoaned the loss of information on the Dwarf Project tomatoes developed through Tomatoville members in another thread. This is indeed a big loss, and as some have pointed out, non-members were never able to read that part of the message board. While it is not a replacement, and does not have the volume of original material,
https://victoryseeds.com/collections/dw ... to-project carries a surprisingly huge number of the old and newer varieties, and each has a paragraph of very complete information of parents lines and the people involved in the development of that variety. It's my go-to when I want a quick picture and info on a dwarf project variety.

Is Craig still planning to write a book about the dwarf tomato project? I've been looking forward to it ever since he mentioned it!

I had a bunch of these when they first came out. I ended up giving them all away because I really disliked the flavor of those lines. I [still] prefer Dean Slater's lines of Dwarf Tomatoes. Tomatoville did so much damage to Dean, and told so many lies about him, and pitted many of Dean's friends against him that I cannot even talk about it it ticks me off so much. People do not understand the terrible, terrible things that evil people at Tomatoville have done against Dean, Pepper Joe, and many other breeders over the last two decades. If you really knew the evil they have done you would distance yourself from Tomatoville immediately.
