So Johnny's selected seeds updated their terms recently, and I don't know which parts are new but I know which ones makes them look predatory.
BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS, YOU AND JOHNNY’S SELECTED SEEDS AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN THEM SOLELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTIONS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JURY.

They do sell seed in large lots to farmers so I can understand the need for them to do this. I think that this is quite normal in the agricultural world. You just don't see this in the smaller shops that sell seed to gardeners.

I remember years ago dealing with this situation and in a cursory search found out that they cannot stop you from [participating in] a Class Action.
