Hi folks, I am hoping to connect with someone from South Africa to help me get one variety of tomato seeds not available anywhere else. I have found a source but they do not ship overseas so am hoping someone will be able to help me. I will of course pay all costs and shipping and send the helper something from our side if it is allowed,
If anyone can help please send me a PM as I am desperately trying to get this variety ,
I am new here but am known on this forum from a previous one.

You could try contacting Zenbaas, @Jeannine Anne .
He's the only one from South Africa here, that I know of.

I've traded with Zenbaas a couple of times. It has taken at least 6 months for mail to get there, or arrive here.
And, yes, we'd like to know what the variety is.

The variety is Orange Flute and I had contacted Zenbaas fro TV but it was just a few days before the site went down so I didn;t hear back
Thank you for the help

The meatiness, shown in the pics from the one known vendor is impressive. By looks alone, the kind of tomato that I like to grow. I'd continue to keep trying to contact him, here, with best plans being to get seeds for next year.

Just updating. sadly I did not connect with Zenbaas but I have managed to set up another way , not a TJ member though. Iwill get the tomato seeds in late summer so they will be grown next season.
I am so very happy now as they were for a special purpose, but will share once I have seeds with someone as I am getting on a big bit and would like to keep them going in North America.. Orange Flute...they look very good to me.
