I bought a 2 1/2lb. block of Kretschmar Wesconsin sharp cheddar this morning without even knowing it was national grilled cheese day!

Wow I had mine a day early.

I'm game! Even though I am here is WISconsin, I will be having the Irish Dubliner cheese because I still have some left from St. Paddy's for my corned-beef sammies.

I made a special trip out to Woodman's to pick up a loaf of Madison Sourdough (https://www.madisonsourdough.com/bakery) for the lovely and long suffering Mrs. Gotch.
