What is the recipe for making the neem oil spray for tomatoes? Thanks

I use 1-2 tablespoons per gallon. I start at the lowest dose first, if that doesn't help then 1.5 T, then 2T. Remember not to spray the plants in the high sun hours of the day or it will burn your plants.

I don't use neem much on tomatoes, but the recipe I use is 4cc per litre of warm water, and 1cc of washing up liquid to emulsify it. Keep shaking it whilst spraying.
