That is gorgeous. We have a lemon tree but I have never seen it look like that.

I’ve been hitting it with Urban Farms ‘Apples and Oranges’ formula for the last year; it seems to like it.
It’s on a dwarfing rootstock and I have it trimmed to a rounded shrub to keep the fruit within harvesting reach.
Same with the lime tree, also just starting to flower.

Sqwib is that from seed? I abandoned my seedlings after I read that it might take up to 7 years before they bear fruit.
I have Yuzu, Mandarin, Mayer & regular lemon trees. All are done except the regular lemon, it has many green fruit ripening soon.

I have one citrus seedling. During the past seen years, it has dropped its leaves and shriveled up, just to spring back to life and push out new leaves and branches.. don't give up hope yet..

No, it's dead, I have seen toothpicks with more life than this.
I have a Lime tree that is doing well, and I did replace the Lemon tree both under grow lights inside.

Citrus isn't blooming yet. Usually mid-March here. I have Meyer and Pink Lemonade lemons, Mexican Lime, and a blood orange.
Beautiful lemon tree PlainJane.
SQWIB Sorry your lemon tree didn't make it.

No blooms on my Bearss lemon, it is only in the ground for 8 mos. I am thinking it is pushing roots but it is growing rapidly. Lychee, peaches, jack fruit and mango are loaded with promise.

My oranges bloomed in January. They're all indoors. I could care less about fruit from them because it doesn't taste very good. But the day the first flower blooms and the whole downstairs smells heavenly makes taking care of them the rest of the year totally worth it.

My indoor potted lemon, lime and orange trees started blooming about a month ago, after we got back from snowbirding and turned up the heat in the house. The blossoms smell very nice, but oh, the mess of cleaning up the seemingly never ending fallen sticky petals and crumples of flowers on carpet. Stuff is still falling off and will for at least another week.

Yea, they are messy trees. I’m really glad mine can live outside.
But it’s worth it once the fruit ripens.

My citrus is blooming now. Moro Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon, Pink Lemonade Lemon, Mexican Lime, Bearss, Rio Ruby Grapefruit.
The Pink Lemonade is a type of Eureka Lemon with variegated leaves and pink flesh and is more tart than Meyer.
