Keeping Soaking Seed Safe
I've had three varieties of okra seed soaking for two days pre-plant and sitting on my light shelf. This morning I was about to plant them and wondered how I was going to safely tote them to the garden and not spill them. Then my eyes spied an empty 4-pack sitting there and had my answer. Worked like a charm!
I also use shot glasses for fermenting tomato seed and they work fine for that as I don't ferment massive amounts at a time. I might have as many as 7 or 8 glasses going at once. They sit on the kitchen counter during fermentation so I can keep an eye on them but because they're small it's easy to not see them and knock them over. They won't be unseeable any more. They'll be safely parked in a cell pack!

Half pint mason jars work for me for fermenting seeds. Lids are loosely placed to keep the fruit flies out and any odor in. On the window sill out of the way.
You want to have a system that works for you, what ever that system may be.
