Whipped cream dispenser?

I am looking for a dispenser for cream, the sort of thing the bakeries use..the types that take a cartridge. I have looked and look3d on Amazon but can't find one that has a decent review. They range in price from $35 Canadian to over $200 yet the reviews are still not as good as I would like to see.

I would appreciate any info, good or bad if anyone has any experience with one please.
