From Detroit area, then long time in New England.
I like the all-year gardening season in N. Florida though it has its challenges.
Have fun!

welcome from da U.P.
formerly a troll, but now a yooper.
also recently retired.
expand the garden slowly. i have found the short time that
i have been retired, that you may think you have more time to
do stuff, but you may discover that more things will pop up that
need to be done. or, you get lazier, and take longer to get things done.
any way, happy retirement, and have fun in the garden.
