Glad to see other Wisconsinites here! There's a good chance we crossed paths on GW. I joined in 2005, when trading there was active - especially on the bean forum. I still post there occasionally, but trading is dead. Most of the active members & large collectors left for greener pastures... like here apparently, since I already see several old acquaintances. I'm looking forward to making new friends here.

@zeedman If you would add your location to your profile then we all would know where you are from in your future posts. We really appreciate when you do this for us. Instructions are here: post58135.html#p58135

@zeedman Posting photos here is a breeze. Just below the box where you are typing your text you will see a button "Full Editor & Preview" which opens the options. There is a blue tab for "Attachments". You can then drag and drop an image or add an image from your devise.

Jeepers zeedman, east-central WESconsin could be anywhere from Adell (Sheboygan County) to Zachow (Shawano County); might you's narrow that down a tad...?

Greetings Wisconsinites!! We are getting hit hard by a storm today but spring is only, what, three months away or more.... :)
Maybe we should have a forum in which to exchange gardening ideas. It looks like there are more than a handful of us here.

A purely Wisconsin forum will never work, as everything will devolve into discussions about cheese and/or the Packers.

It'd only be a bad thing were it not to broach the subject of BEER...water's leap toward immortality!

GO PACKERS!!!

In Madison, not far from you! From Texas originally but lived here 35+ years. Still can't get used to the cold and the short growing season :(

That's normal. I have lived in the area all of my life and I still am not used to it.
