@worth1 I never had much luck with brassicas, one year the whole crop of cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels were wiped out by cabbage white caterpillars. The Dragon kale did quite well but everything else was destroyed. The garden was pretty with all the butterflies until the damage was done. To make matters worse, once they had all eaten their fill, the whole front of the house was covered in small butterfly crysallis. They had nothing for next year though as I didn't plant any brassicas, and I think I supplied the whole South coast with next season's butterflies.
The behaviour of light means you observe me as i was then, and not as I am now.
