The joy of digital tv on a hot day I can get channels from NY and NJ 200 miles away but not New Haven 20 miles away.
Ant that is with antenna in the attic on a rotor.
I got rid of cable tv in 1996.
Only 1 TV in my house too. I do love my Apple TV streaming though. No cable for years now.

Thank you @bower. We did spend a lot of time on the outside garden and hardscape these last 10 years. Time now for the inside - can’t be delayed any longer. Trying to resist the urge to rush things.
