@Tormato Check your local hardware stores for cheap yellow looking tomato plants on the rescue rack. You know how to fix that! Is there a local nursery with a few stragglers? Go ahead and plant some seeds inground too and see what you can get. There are probably local growers that still have transplants sitting around that would be happy to find a home for. Last resort is the dreaded box store and grab some off the rack like the rest of the world. They are on sale for Father's Day.

Despite a lovely collection of superior pole beans acquired via an enabler, I have gone the easy route and grown various bush beans in beds when garlic comes out (sometime after July 4 for me) . I get about 3 picks this late.

MIgardener recently posted about how waiting for perfect conditions to plant usually never happens and just results in delays of 2 weeks to a month. I was relieved to hear this, but I still do it. Trying to change my ways and just get done!
