Did you know why you don't find pigeons in the woods around your home?
They like cliffs, they are cliff dwellers.
That's why you see them where you do roosting on the side of buildings and billboards.

Oh! Well, pardon me!
We have a special kind of hawk here so I didn't see the pigeons as a big deal!
This is a large 2 storey building.

Fortunately, nothing lands on the ground. I remember the stench though from another building down by the beach one year.
I don't know how roof tops survive this!
