The little yellow wild type cherry. Anyone have extras?

Very productive, but some people think it has an unusual aftertaste. They usually can't decide whether or not they like the aftertaste though.

They tear when I pick them unfortunately. Also the birds really got a taste for them so now I have to kill the birds.

First time growing coyote, I’ve only picked a few, but the do tear very easily. I resorted to clipping off the entire fruit truss. The fruit trusses I’m getting with coyote are not very big, but there’s a gazillion trusses.

Still trying to get a bead on the flavor. I’m going to try and let some get towards being overripe and see how the flavor changes.

@karstopography
I was in a similar boat once with Coyote. Don't let it hide the fruits that you're waiting on! It grows fast.
