Video problem

Video problem
How do you post a video? All I get is message INVALID FILE EXTENSION. I did rotate 2 times, saved , then rotated again 2 times like I do with photos lest they be upside down.

You can't upload videos from your cell phone or I haven't figured out a way to do it yet. They have to be hosted on another site like youtube and then posted here.
