MORE Caspian Pink

Coming to the end of another great tomato season. Picked 5 more Caspian Pink tomatoes this morning. Saving lots of seeds if anyone would like to try this outstanding tomato...at least it is in my opinion. VERY productive, tomatoes over a pound with very little plant disease or problems. I always grow 2 plants of this variety. It's the first to produce and the last to produce...keeps on giving! It it prone to have radial cracks around the stem but doesn't hurt the fruit in any way..guessing because of water stress or climate. Give it a try if you have space in your garden. Have plenty of seeds to share...just send me PM.

That is one beautiful tomato and excellent flavor too. I just dropped seed for this one a couple of days ago so only 3-4 months before I taste one. My seed was rather old so if I have no germination, I will be knocking on your door.

I've tried it before (in 2015), but not in ideal conditions. I saved seeds. I might try it again. My neighbor loves this variety.

I also grew this years ago but your recommendation makes me want to try it again. There were so many others varieties to try sometimes a tomato
is grown just one time and unless it just happens to be outstanding that year it is put on the back burner with intention to grow it again but
for one reason it another it is forgotten.

As disease as been minimal with most of your tomatoes I was wondering what you use to keep the diseases in check. I know lots of people use copper and some use daconil as well. Your tomatoes all look great.

Sending you a PM.

I tried it back in 2013 and 2014 and it didn't produce at all. Would love to try again.
