Just joined this forum.. you may remember me as chadandpia from tomatoville.com .. altho I didn't talk too much .. mostly perused other's posts. :lol:

Welcome! Which part of ‘SF? Lived in the Tenderloin for a few years. It’s amazing how the climate changes drastically from one part to the next!

Average rainfall: historically 14”, but closer to < 8” now
