Down the rabbit hole in Berkeley, CA
Hello,
I’m Devon, I’m a gardener in Berkeley CA, USDA Zone 10. I’ve always loved tomatoes- the colors, the flavors, the shapes. I especially enjoy the smaller tomatoes and they seem to grow better here too, so I mostly grow cherry and grape and currant varieties.
Last year I read about crossing tomatoes and decided to try making my own crosses of a few of my favorites (Brad’s Atomic, red grape (unknown), Tim’s Taste of Paradise). I got some viable seeds and I’m excited to see how they turn out.
As I read and researched I stumbled on this amazing forum and have already learned so much, and am looking forward to learning more and to documenting the progress of my tomatoes as I try new varieties

Welcome Devon! My son attended Berkeley so I've been there many times. Lots of people here doing their own crosses, I'm sure you're in the right place.
