Cuostralee makes for a great sandwich. So does Black Krim. Sandwich tomatoes need that generous measure of acidity or brightness that tomatoes like Cuostralee and Black Krim offer. A smoky note isn’t bad either. Mild, melon like, sweet only, low acid tomatoes get lost in a sandwich.

Hard to pick a favorite, but Cuostralee might be the one at this point.
