Tomato fruit issue?

My friend sent me this pic. He's had some BER but this doesn't look like that. I thought maybe sunscald. Thoughts please. Thanks

Looks like something either rubbed up against it or a worm ate into it a little then the spots healed, but not without a little mold/mildew on the outside. Doesn’t look like any BER or sun scald that I’ve come across.

I too think that it's a healed over injury. A bird pecked it, a bug had a bite, something bumped it. Just cut off the injured part and enjoy.
