Stages and time for a tomato to ripen
I recall in a time past, on another planet, a chart that showed the different stages of a tomato ripening, as well at the average time it took to go from one stage to another. No matter which search terms I try I cannot locate it. I find stages but no estimate of time to go from one to another. Does anyone remember seeing this chart and have a link to it? Many thanks!

Not a chart, but I believe it provides the information you are seeking.

From the timeline, my first small slicer from Box Car Willie should be ready in about 2 weeks.

I probably would have harvested and eaten it on day 53 or 54.

I would have picked between days 49 and 52 and let it finish in the house. I like them when they are fully colored but still fairly firm, not soft.
