Re: Are you still having login problems?
Hmmmm. All was working perfectly yesterday.
When I use a saved link to get here it opens on the log in page with all my info entered.
Click and I get here alright.
Save the link again and next time I go online have to go through the whole process, again.
I can't begin to think of how tiresome the whole process must be setting up the site!
Thank-You RG for taking it on for us all.

The board is set to make guests log in to see pics and the option to use all the tools in the Quick Links tab.. Click keep me logged in and that should solve your problem. You might want to delete the board cookies too, it's above the bottom picture.

Ir's working for me, now.
On a side note, the PM system (SEND REPLY button) had me confused. I was looking for a REPLY button, and then a SEND button.

"keep me logged in"
Is that the same as 'remember me' ?
I keep clicking on that and have cleared all cookies from this board and in my computer.
No change. Not seeing newly posted images, either.

Same here. It doesn't remember me, I have to log in every time I click on a link in a notification email.Growing Coastal wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 8:09 pm "keep me logged in"

Re: Are you still having login problems?
Mine started working again when I logged in last night, but I did some updates to Firefox first. Not sure if that made a difference. I had to enter my password and click remember me once again to set it up.
Another suggestion was to delete your passwords from the old site. Hope that helps.

I saw the Bing bot too.
It is a good thing and will allow the forum to become more popular in time and add more links if you type in TomatoJunction.
Lord only knows what information they are picking up but it is collecting data.
Much of it by way of views alone.

Re: Are you still having login problems?
Pictures are showing for me now.
Still getting the login box when I arrive but only once at first now and not every time I check new posts. An improvement and I can live with it.
Thank-you again RG for making this all work for us.

Clear your browser cache and cookies, remove all passwords from tomatovillians and see if that works. Make sure you click remember me and it should work.

Re: Are you still having login problems?
Just so everyone knows, if you're using it for the first time since it's been fixed, you will have to log in (just once) and then you shouldn't have to do it anymore (unless you clear your cookies again; you'll have to log in every time you clear them; cookies are what keep you logged in). Clearing them beforehand, the first time, is a good idea, though, to make sure the stuff from the old system isn't causing issues.

Today all is well, so far....
It is nice to be remembered and not have to log in every time.
