"First" tomatoes for 2021
Black From Tula !
Been a rough start! Had deluge of rain in Nov. and wiped out all the peppers and tomatoes I had growing. Very similar flood to Miscowpea! Was terrible situation all around and had to start over. These are my first ripe tomatoes and very glad to get them. They are the blackest tomato I grow. Very strong fruit set, very lush and green foliage and very little if any pest problems. You MUST try them if you haven't all ready.

Those look wonderful!!! So happy you were able to recover from that incredible rain event and start over.

Those are lovely tomatoes and tasty too. It's always so frustrating when you lose the whole crop and have to start over. Thank goodness that you had the time to be able to. Not everyone does.

Wonderful looking harvest. What is the taste like? And do they have some "antho" in them? They look like a classic black tomato, but have some darker shoulders, sort of like a "blue" tomato.

Mighty pretty for a blackened variety--I'd say dang-neigh perfect.
Except its not in my plate. LOL

I think I got seeds for Spudatula from you one year. Productive and delicious! Thanks again!
