While we do like growing hydroponicly. We also grow in buckets and raised bed.

Were hoping to add more buckets and have already added a couple hundred more feet of raised beds.

Here is the latest update. Were almost at the end of the growing for the broccoli, will try to plant more in the spring.

I don't see much damage from the white cabbage butterfly larvae. What do you use to control them?

We have not used anything this year. We planted a month later than normal hoping to keep them away. It has seemed to work.

We may try another run of them before the spring. I have a friend that is supposed to drop me off more cattle lick tubs if he does. We will fill them with compost and replant a spring run of them. What we have there will not last long.

We don't normally buy much broccoli from the store. But eat it pretty fast when we grow it.

My trellis system for the raised beds are comeplete. Just need to fill with compost and will be ready for planting

Yes I will be doing the single stem lean and lower juat as in the GH.

It does great, especially for cherries.

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Work has been busy.

I am gave it a shot one other time. But it was not a really good set up. Tried to run cable and it sagged so much that it was of very little use.

I am hoping that even though I may not get as many pounds as the GH. That I am able to get larger fruit from the plants. Its all an experiment. Knowing that the cucumbers will also need more water than the tomatoes and fertilizer and such.

Really trying to see how far I can push such a small area to get the best production.
