Do you know how many tomatoes it takes to make 6 pints of a basic pasta sauce after you peel the skin and core the tomatoes? A lot. I had to do something or many of the fruits were going to go bad. I processed in a water bath.

This is one, singular Snow White cherry tomato plant that I put in the yard waste/compost area. It is massive!
