Tleast it was for my n the Misuus lol. daughter asked us if we could give her a hand clean up her Tomato patch as most her plants have been infected with pests!!..
Well we did ,and what a shock at the amount of Tomatos per each plant that was on her Vines !!..
maybe aprox thirty or so plants and if i were to say there were hundreds n hundreds of fruit overall it would be an understatement lol..
Three varieties , Choc Stripes , Copia and Black Beuty which i wouldnt have believed the amount each plant could bear if i hadnt seen it myself .
Mindyou good soil out her way with full day Sunlight which does make a heck of a difference ..
Anyway would have made heaps of Tomato sauce and tapenade had most survived the pests !!..

If it's just pests and the fruits are not affected, they will ripen eventually, even if the taste will not be too good, they can still be used for mixed sauce.

As you just saw, soil makes all of the difference. When you have good soil, the plants can reach their full potential. Good soil is hard to achieve so you daughter is very very fortunate for that. Now if you can just figure out a way to get the pests under control for next year she will be able to make many meals for others.

Oh and pickles too.
