site set up
I want everyone to feel like home here and have input of what categories and sub categories we have.
I'll make changes as we go but for now we all need to decide what topics we want and need. I would like to keep it clean looking and make a category with multiple sub topics pertaining to it. Like I made with the seeds/trading/wanted.
It's up to ya'll, let em know and I'll add them!!

Re: site set up
Rajun, many thanks! I'm excited to still have a tomato focused message board with all my rowdy TV friends!
Two suggestions, take them or leave them! I'm sure you'll have plenty to keep you busy.
1) Make the 'useable' section of the site wider to use more of the space (less gray edges)?
2) Increase avatar file size limit?

I don't know about the side bars, you can zoom in on your browser and it makes the font bigger too.

Re: site set up
edit: after I made this post I can now send PMs.
Rajun, got your PM, but I cannot reply. When I try to go to "Compose" I get a message that says "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature."

Rajun, the site is great! Thanks for hosting it

Any chance you could link it so that Google can find it? I couldn't get here using Google.

Ya'll don't know the trouble I went through to find and install a red forum. I've been up since 4 and my eyes are starting to cross looking at all this code.
Not complaining and don't mind to keep TV alive in some way.

Re: site set up
mixed feeling about this subject,
do you want to have an off topic forum.
we had some great threads off topic on the ville,
but, but, but,
off topic is also where a lot of contention originated
not a front burner issue, just something to consider down the line
once everything is set up, and running smooth.
