Add anything you want, up to 25 varieties. Then add categories you'd like. And, mention categories you don't want, if any.

Seven Bends wrote: Thu Dec 09, 2021 12:34 am Twenty-five tomato varieties I'd love to have (I noticed many of you were much more restrained and only posted a handful of wishes, which made me feel greedy but didn't actually stop me!):

Japanese Pink cherry
Rosella cherry
Ambrosia Gold
Santiam Sunrise
Dark Orange Muscat
Garnet cherry
Cuorno des Andes/Andes Horn
Pomodoro Cuore Antico di Acqui Terme
Guido
George Detsikas Italian Red
Cuor di Bue Albenga
Oncle Remi
Thessaloniki
Cuostralee
Red Barn
Red Penna
Old Brooks
Dr. Sud's Capon Bridge
Rebel Yell
Teddy Globe
Ananas Noire
Oaxacan Jewel
Armenian
Negro de Aritzkuren
Genuwine

I sent donations for three hybrids: Big Beef, Jet Star, Goliath

Tomato categories I'm most interested in: cherry, red, pink, Italian/paste, hearts, bicolors, oranges, blacks.
Tomato categories I'd prefer to avoid: dwarf, micro, multiflora, determinates (I submitted a number of determinate varieties but don't want anything back for them; I was just hoping someone could use them)

Pepper wishes:
Blot
Lesya
Elephant Ear
Aleppo
Any pimento pepper, italian sweet pepper, or very mild chile pepper

Other wishes:
Aswad eggplant
Wyatt bush bean
Provider bush bean
Kohlrabi
Zinnias - any except greenish flowers
Salvia coral nymph

First time doing this swap so I hope I haven't misunderstood anything. Thanks so much, @Tormato, for all the work you put into this, and thanks to anyone else who may be helping. This is a lot of fun for a newbie like me.
"...which made me feel greedy but didn't actually stop me!"

We got another one circling the boat. ;)

Sounds good. I don't really need anymore cherry types or greens. Other than that, anything goes.

Thank you for all your work on this!

I begged for:
Imur Prior Beta
Glacier
Kimberley
Romance (I think it's an early San Marz)
Orange Russian (an Ontario tomatophile "rescued" this one, originally grown by residents of the Doukhobor colonies in Manitoba. Similar to Azoychka

Please ignore Glacier: a kind tomato-phile has sent me some.

I prefer NOT to receive many varieties as I am trying not to be greedy...if none listed are available, I like surprises.

Working on trying to locate Orange Russian/Doukhobors. I haven't seen seeds of that variety for a decade. But, my source is here at TJ. I sent them a PM.

Even tougher is trying to locate (in my collection) Imur Prior Beta/Early Swedish. If I still have it, seed is from 2010.

I can't help with Orange Russian but if Imur Prior Beta doesn't show up in the swap Sandhill has it...

Kentucky Cabin is a yellow beefsteak, ind, RL plant.
Cabin Fever is a pink beefsteak, ind, PL plant.

Many years ago, Gary Millwood (that Gary) sent me (this Gary) seeds of Kentucky Cabin, which at the time that Gary called it just "Cabin". Out of those seeds, this Gary had a plant produce the PL pink beefsteak, which back then this Gary called it "Cabin PL". A couple of people were asking if Cabin and Cabin PL were the same. And they thought there was only one Gary involved. That Gary added Kentucky to the name of that Gary's Cabin. Several years ago, this Gary had a very long cold winter into spring, and this Gary got a serious case of cabin fever. So, this Gary kept the "Cabin" part of the name, in honor of that Gary (my first tomato enabler), dropped the "PL", and added the "Fever".

Now this doesn't have anything to do with the Gary swap of many moons ago. It involved one woman and 4 guys. No, it wasn't that kind of swap, it was a tomato seed swap. At the start, none of us knew who was in the swap, as we were using online usernames. The woman was the swap host and when she received our packages, she thought we were playing a joke on her. All four of us guys were Garys. There was this Gary, that Gary (from Kentucky), that other Gary (from California), and that other other Gary (who was also from Kentucky).

That's enough for now, as this gary has worn out the capital g on this gary's computer.
