No expert, here. But I've seen something like that (can't say exactly the same), in the first true leaves of a plant. When the plant is big enough, I just clip it off.

Any chance you're dealing with some edema there? Check the underside of that leaf, looking for bumps/swelling.

That looks like many of my micros. I have the same question. This is my first time with micros and growing strictly indoors under lights. My plants seem fine except for the *droopy* look and have set some tomatoes.

I've grown micros that weren't droopy so much as gnarly and very dense foliage that I thinned out midsummer.
i see some leaves looking the same here, 2020, grown under lights. I think I put it down to a bit much nitrogen, at the time.

They went outside when it was time and did well in hanging baskets on a clothes line.

I have been growing tomatoes for years and these leaves just look different than what I have seen before. Rugose leaves seem to just be associated with dwarfs and micros which I haven't grown before. I have no experience with rugose leaves and I am at a loss to know what is a normal looking leaf.

Many tomatoes and especially the micros and dwarf's have rugose leaves which are rough and wrinkled. So check the variety of plant that you have to see if it is normal for them to have rugose leaves before searching to see if you have a disease.
