I started 10 Pink Fang - 6 seedlings had no apical bud? What would cause that? I have 309 plants with 36 varieties and no other issues

Don't give up on it yet. I had this happen with some seeds i received of Sungold Select. It turned out to have two grow points! It just took some time. All the seeds i received did this.
