I've got four new ones started. The House and Hardin's Miniature are the last two of my new seeds from MMMM. Then I'm growing two others that I've done before and like a lot; Red Robin and Pinocchio Orange. They will all be replanted into their forever homes later today.

So far Red Robin and Pinocchio Orange are nice but then I've grow so many over the last two years I can't really remember. It's a blur. And I wasn't very good about making notes about taste, just about how well they grew and if they needed staking. Duh.

Yesterday I potted up the four new micro tomatoes that should start producing cherries by Halloween. House, Hardin's Miniature, Red Robin and Pinocchio Orange. The first two are new to me. The other two are repeats because they do well for me. I like Pinocchio better than Orange Hat. Six plants were kind of crowded on the table so I've cut it back to just four this time around.

Looking great! I think I will grow House again and Birdie Jaune. Pinnochio too. I really wish I had kept better notes about height and flavour, but I do know that it's best to grow them all in gallon sized containers!

These white pots are a bit bigger than one gallons but they're not two gallon pots either. I'm hoping that with the extra room they won't get so rootbound and dry out so fast when that happens.

I keep harvesting the inkspots too early. So hard to tell under the purple.

Bonsai is still my runner up.

I may or may not have put in order of seeds in my impatience. Who knows, maybe my winter project will be a balcony greenhouse...

My Inkspot didn't produce much and the cherries took a long time to ripen.

Right now of the four, Harden's Miniature is taller than the others and has three flowers open. Pinocchio Orange has one flower with none yet on the other two.

My Curley kaley is a funky looking one. So far it has only given me one meh tomato but right now its loading up a lot. Looking forward to see if they are better tasting.

I dont know if its the thickness or the curliness of it but its the only one of my 8 tomato varieties with not a single spot of disease. Nothing. All the others have withe fly and some blighty damage, while curly stands up proud and dark green looking gorgeous and weird.

Where they still tart once ripe? Im waiting until they are red under the antho ( i can see it where the sun doesnt hit) and they are soft to the touch and yet they are super tart.

I like tart but they are a bit too much.

They were a little tart maybe because I got tired of waiting for them to "ripen" which I had no idea of since it was my first time growing them.
I think I'll stick to the red, pink or yellow types.
