Tomato trellising: Leaning and lowering

I think this extremely informative video should be here, for members starting out growing tomatoes. I used leaning and lowering method of trellising last year very successfully, in the open.

I use it in the GH and it does work great.

Looking into using it out the the garden once I have it set up and ready to plant.

That was a good video. Fish emulsion, calcium , and epsom salt-that’s interesting. That was a good explanation of the pruning and tying that goes with that system. I still get too much sunscald when leaves are removed but I find it fascinating to see how long those tomato plants can get.
I think the world record is 65 feet. I do have a pipe structure already in place and I would like to give it a go one day just to see the impact on yield.

Some of mine got to 5 m (15 feet) long last year, but it was a very cold May and a very hot August.

I just have to reduce the spacing.
