Questions About Monomakh's Hat

I am growing Monomakh's Hat this year and have some questions.

Some sites have it listed as semi-determinate, others indeterminate. Which did you find it to be, if you've grown it before?

Should I pinch off the suckers regardless of which it is? Or leave them on, like I would with a determinate tomato?
